Pros or cons of Tanning in a Booth at a tanning spa?
I went to a tanning salon a couple of months ago. first time ever. I absolutely loved the way it looked. BUT>> so many people gave me a hard time or lectures about the Dangers Of TanningBooths.
Are they really that harmful IF you don’t burn and IF you just do it for a few months each year, in the middle of winter?
I have also heard that they can be beneficial during the winter because they help with SAD and general winter time blahs. True?
oh yeah.. I have blonde hair and fair skin but for some reason don’t burn easily and usually tan really well, if that makes a difference.
i have heard the same how ever i tan in the spring just to give me a base tan and then off to the beach with sun screen i go but yeah there are some dangers of it

will lotion containing fake tanner mess up my tattoos or make them look funny? i am trying to cut down on the Tanning bed, and was curious. thank you.
i use lotions with gradual fake tanners. it will tint your tattoo just like it will tint your skin but it doesn’t do any damage or alter it permanently. definitely a better alternative to ruining your tattoo and skin with Uv Rays.
Every time i go Tanning i itch! Two days after, i itch for 2 days straight! How can i make this stop?
I need your help! I dont tan very often, but when i do i ALWAYS itch. I read about it online and assumed it was because i was using a ruva bed and was going for to long. So, the last time i went i just did a normal wolff and for very little time. I didnt burn at all, but two days later . . . im itching. It drives me crazy! I am getting married and want to be tan for the wedding, but i cant take this itching for 2 days. Does anyone have suggestions? I have no idea what to do besides not tan.
It might be the Tanning Lotion you are using, I was using lotion with Bronzer (Iodine) in it, and it kept irritating my skin sooo bad. You may have a small skin allergy to Iodine in the bronzer.
