whats the best Tanning lotion to use face and body for fair skin?
Ive been wanting to tan for awail now, and Im kinda unsure what kinda stuff to use.
does anyone know of some kind of Tanning Lotion that will work great to start off with?
oh and what kinda after lotion should I get?
Im looking at Tanning Lotions right now online and a lot of these lotion have ingredients that might make my face oily.
is there a surtin kinda lotion I should use for my face?
I use Pink Passion by Australian Gold. It’s a bronzer, and it has body blush, which leaves your skin with a slightly blushed appearance rather than a tingle. It also has antiwrinkle formula and firming lotion and it definitely smells better than most other lotions. It doesn’t make my skin oily, although that might depend on your skin type. i paid $25 for my bottle, but i’ve seen them on Amazon and Ebay for a lot less than that.
tan tablets ????
I was thinking of taking tan tablets that contain tyrosine.. does any1 know if this will bring out my freckles or just make me freckle MORE as i do have freckles already , jus wanna know if they will work to tan thanks
tan tablets make you orange, but i dont think it will make your freckles any worse, maybe just make them not as noticeable.
what is a safe spray on tan that will not affect sensitive skin?
My wife has tried many products the last of which was Sally Hansen Airbrush Sun. This has brought her out in itchy lumps. This was supposed to be ok for sensitive skin but was no different from the others.
I like Piz Buin. My skin is the same and this comes in a mousse or a spray. Natural looking. None smelling and doesn’t aggrevate my skin and isn’t expensive either. If your in UK. B and M sell it for under £3.00 and a bottle lasts ages.

Tanning lotion/sunscreen?
I bouth some tanning stuff, it has sunblock in it and its supposed to help build a tan in the sun while still protecting you….. so is this product like using Tanning Lotion the kind you put on as lotion and it builds you a tan and leaves you streaky, or is this just like burning in the un then getting a tan just without the burn part? the product i bought is called – hawaiian tropic golden tanning lotion with sunscreen. for the natural tan of the islands water proof protection 6 fator.- get the question? lol
the lotion itself is not going to make you tan. the sun will still be tanning you, and the sunscreen in it isn’t really going to do anything. this is just a gimmick to make you feel like you are “tanning safely” (you CANNOT tan safely).
what do u think about Sunless tanners?
i would like some opinions on sunless Tanning. im debating if its better for you then the sun or Tanning Beds. using Sunless Tanner lotions you don’t get the damaging affects of the sun or the aging wrinkles. but the sunless tanner has chemicals that react with your body to create color change in your skin. tell me your opinion. witch on is better and healthier?

How long does a professional spray-on tan last for?
Eg from beauty Salon? Was going to Thailand for 10 days and look v nasty pasty white

Solarium takes a fair few sessions to get brown. And it is terrible for your skin. I suggest get a Spray Tan the day before you go, and the morning you leave have a shower. If you dont have time for a shower, then get the spray tan 2 days before you leave and shower the day you leave. You have to wait about 12 hours before you shower. Also , before you go to the salon, make sure you exfoliate your whole body and shave your legs, etc so your skin is smooth. The colour will last longer. Also moisterise every day whilst away to keep the colour fresh and the skin smooth. They are supposed to last 2 weeks, but after about 10 days they start to fade. So i would definilty recommend getting a spray tan over solarium! Get to a good one though that wont make you go bright orange, Ask friends for recommendations for Salons! Good luck, you will look tanned and fabulous for your holiday!
How to get off Fake Tan streaks?
Okay so I was using this Sunless tanner moisturizer stuff because I don’t have any other lotion in my house. I didn’t really think the lotion would do anything and be gradual anyways. But I’m really pale and I have these tan streaks on my arms and legs and stuff. I put this on yesterday and I wanna know how I can get the marks off?

How do I exfoliate?

you can exfoliate by either buying one in the stores or making your home made one.
if your going to buy one in the stores,i strongley recommend “Spa Paradisa Love Your Skin” from superdrug, the scent of this is absolutely amazing and it leaves your skin feeling smooth
basicly what you do is:
get a generous amount in your hands, and just rub it into your legs while in the shower, you can either use a flannel or just your hands, it kinda feels like your rubbing sand into your legs, what it does is removes all the dead skin cells and leaves your skin fresh.

OR, if you want to save money and make your own exfoliater, here are some good recipies:
A paste of oatmeal and water makes a good facial scrub.
Sea salt can be rubbed on skin.
Make up a mixture of baking soda and water, using the same amount of each. Rub into your skin.
Mix some sugar into some olive oil.

How do you apply facial tanner evenly?
Ok so I am pale, and I want to use some Sunless tanner because when I am even a little tan I have this pretty Italian color.
Anyway,
I have never used a facial Sunless Tanner, so are there any tips on using it and spreading it evenly?

The ingredients sound like it might fade my old acne marks too! Aloe and vitamin C do that right?

i’d say the cream over the gel. its less likely to irritate your skin.
and to apply, you should first pull your hair back into a tight ponytail. use a wide headband with elastic to keep any flyaways off your face.
start with the base of your neck so it is even. work your way up (go all around your neck so there’s no line). go over your ears and under your chin. make sure you get your jawline, too. when doing your face, start at the bottom and go up. rub in very evenly and don’t use too much! go into your hairline, just so there isn’t an icky line there. go over your eyebrows too, and use your ring finger when going around your eyes/under your eyes and on your eyelids. when doing your upper lip, use very little, because that is one of the most sensitive spots.

Does Sunless tanner make your face darker than body?
My face is dry all the time, i put my moisturizer on and then Sunless Tanner, i noticed my face came out darker than my body.
is that normal?
yeh! Shame u had to find out that way though! next time buy a tanner that is designed just for the face. it prob didnt help that you have dry skin too. try exfoliating your face first next time.
