What are some good products? and do they work, are they worth the money? or does a regular sun tan do the trick better?
Also, bad experiences with a fake tan? and are can they actually be water proof?

The best body lotion that I’ve used to gradually build a tan was Olay Quench Touch of Sun body lotion. It gives your legs a layer of color without looking too orange or fake. Just remember to wash your hands afterwards! It is waterproof to an extent, just don’t scrub the area too harshly.
Also, stay away from Spray Tans! I got one once and it was absolutely HORRIBLE. It basically sprays you with a layer of orange mist and won’t go away! Your hands and feet will be the brightest orange, and the color is splotchy. It also left a weird line around my forehead from my hairline! It is waterproof for up to two weeks I think..but I scrubbed mine off every day and it finally went away within a week!
If you go to a Tanning bed, use Olive Me or Masquerade lotion. I haven’t been in a while, but I used to use those all the time and they brought out the best color for my olive skin tone.
I have to fake tan for cheer and dance, but then when i go out in public the next week I’m completely orange and splotchy! Heres what I’ve been doing, i take a shower and then I scrub scrub scrub! It takes weeks! Anyone know of a quicker way to remove fake tanner? And no, it doesn’t just wash right off. Its stains my skin!
This sounds crazy, but rub sliced lemons on yourself. They have acids inside which will wash it right off.

I have tried lotions and do not like them, I have gone to the TanningSalons and had the Mistic tans done. But I do not have the money for this.

nope..i was going to say the Booth.. sprays are leave spots on you..save up and get the spray from the booth..worth the money and time it would take to save it up..

basically just any Tanning Salon that has mystic tan would be a good place to go!
ok i posted a question like this earlier but no one seemed to get the idea that i am NOT using Tanning Lotion, Sunless tanners, Self Tanners, or a Spray Tan, and my parents won’t let me go to a Tanning Bed. so can someone please give me some good advice about tanning naturally outdoors… like whats a good Tanning Oil to buy…. and how long to stay out…how long it takes to get a good color… etc…

I have fair skin and I have had a beauty mark removed b/c it was unussaly dark thank goodness it was fine but I don’t want anything else to happen I have over 50 beauty marks so I have to stay out of the sun and it would be nice it I could still have a tan during the summer.

I have a pale face with lots of freckles and i like them, but they get kind of annoying when they get dark, so i was planning to use Sunless Tanning lotion to make my pale face darker so my freckles would seem lighter, but i dont know if it works. has anyone with freckles tried sunless Tanning Lotion on their face? what are the results?
i used to use a natural glow lotion and a loreal Sunless Tanning Spray on my face. i had a few freckles, and it didn’t make them darker. and any other Sunless Tanner that i’ve used (even the mystic and versaspa Spray On Tans) never darkened them. it made them look a lot better and the color looked fine.
