Tanning Bed Confusion!?

I am on the border with UV Tanning Beds. I have gotten Spray Tans multiple times and I absolutely love them, but I’ve come to the realization that they cost almost three times more than Uv Tanning beds!

So, I read all the International Smart Tan Network info and have a decision to make with the info I learned.

Suppose I get in a tan bed:
-for 5 minutes at a time (as often as once week)
-on the lowest setting
-while wearing government standard eyewear (which blocks 99% of UVA and UVB rays)
-and follow up with full-spectrum sunscreen everytime I’m outdoors
-as well as maintaining a healthy diet and exercise

What then are the risks? Please be honest and leave me educated answers.

P.S. My natural skin tone is fair and I use acne medication, which apparently makes my skin more photosensitive..?

Thank you!! Answers asap please

Using a Tanning Bed for any amount of time at any setting increases your risk of Skin Cancer by 75%. It doesnt matter how healthy or fit you are. Stick with the spray tans.
