i was thinking about going to a Tanning Salon for a few sessions but it would be my first time going if i go. how clean are these places?

I’ve never had a problem with any of the salons I’ve been to. Just look around when you get there. If it looks clean, it should be fine. Oftentimes the salons will clean the bed between each use, so you don’t have to worry about it. Other salons provide cleaner in each room, so you can clean it yourself before (if you like) and after. I always clean mine before I use (just in case the person before me didn’t clean it), and after I use it.

a robin or what?
there is a bird that looks like a Robin in my yard …. a red chest and the back is light brown. we live in Albuquerque, New Mexico and we wondered if the blackbirds. but I pushed a nest egg that was white, and usually do not have the blackbirds blue eggs? if you know what kind of bird is that you please let me know thanksif help your nest is about seven or eight feet above our level. she is very friendly, but if we leave too strong a few minutes and then return. I tried everything I can think searc engine, and I know of no book. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO and is not a chicken in supermarkets stupid !!!!!!!! you can not get a live chicken from Albertsons!
It is the color of pure white egg expelled or white with brown spots? Sounds like a blackbird .. but it could be a species pair different. Probably need a photo. American Robin are in their area .. However see below. If the egg is white with spots .. that could belong to a thrush is a breeding parasites and put the eggs in nests of other birds. Why are my arms discolored?
Ok so I’m 15 and I have these light patches of skin on my shoulders and arms. They’re not raised, dry, itchy or whatever. They’re just there. I’ve had them for awhile and now it’s just spreading. I don’t go to Tanning Salons but I do reuse my towels? Any ideas what this is? What can I do?
It could be an uneven distribution of meleanin on your skin. One thing you could do is examine your diet. Make sure you’re at least consuming the least amount of recommended vitamins and minerals. The uneven skin tone could be a sign of malnutrition or lack of vitamins. You also might have to consider it just being genetics, so has mum or dad got bad skin? Generally skin tone is hereditary, if you still are worried book an appointment with a dermatologist. Make sure they are qualified though. I have had a shocker when I booked one. And if they prescribe any creams, make sure you do your research. There are some creams that have stupid ingredients yet they are still able to be purcharsed through prescription (such as hydroquinone).
If you are internet savy, I have heard great reviews about Meladerm. Look into that.

im from the uk but when i went to san francisco on vacation i went here. i have always been sprayed in the automatic Booths. but then i went to brown sugar. the whole process was so quick and easy, i was in and out in about 15 minutes, slept overnight in the tan and woke up with the best tan (post shower) i have ever had. the girl working made me feel really comfortable and was really nice.

I want to start Self Tanning instead of using the Tanning Beds, does any product look as natural?
I live in Canada where our winter lasts almost 5 months. I’ve used the Tanning Bed for 3 summers and I don’t want to get in the habit of doing it every Summer and getting wrinkled by the time I’m 30!
i use dove energy glow lotion, it works well and doesn’t streak, plus it doesn’t smell bad like some others.
i used jergens selftanning lotion before (i had heard really good things about it) and I didn’t like it, it left streaks and was hard to put on evenly.
