Any tips for Sunless Airbrush Tanning?
I just ordered the solution for Sunless Tanning. I am getting married in 2 months and did not want to fake and bake because of all of the negative things that come along with it. I am too cheap to pay someone to airbrush me, so I am having my fiance (who custom airbrushes cars and motorcycles) airbrush me. He has never done this before, but know how to use an airbrush quite well. I was just wondering if there are any tips from someone who works in one of these Salons or something. Things to avoid, tricks to avoid streaks, even tips for buying solution. Anything helpful toward Airbrush Tanning. We got it early to practice a few times before the big day. Also, can you see it as you spray it…or is it completely color free? I know you have to wait about a day to see the colr come through, so I wondered if you could even see what you were spraying.
Is this DHA even good for your skin? Geez, they will be saying that causes cancer in 5 years too!
Exfoliate and moisturize are HUGE!!!
Exfoliate to get that nice even tan, and be sure to moisturize before the tan and everyday that you have it so it will last longest. A week if you take care of the tan right. They make barrier creams too for around the rough areas to that they do not get quite so dark, but some of those creams are as expensive as the Tanning Solution. DO NOT SHOWER AFTER YOU Spray Tan, you should wait about 8 hours for the DHA to set into your skin.
